PLANNING APPLICATIONS
Most new building projects and alterations will require planning
advice.

planning prospects prior to incurring expense of building plans prior
to contacting the Council.
We deal with your PLANNING APPLICATION and will be pleased to advise
on PLANNING APPEALS if necessary.
We undertake a detailed measured survey of your property and turn this
information into plans drawn to scale showing the existing proposed
building plans and elevations. These are suitable for obtaining
planning permission.
BUILDING REGULATIONS
Once Planning permission has been received we will be in a position to
prepare the detailed construction drawings for the BUILDING REGULATION
APPLICATION.
The Building design and method of construction requirements are
changing yearly, it is essential that we keep up with present
standards. We offer a full service from the economical specification of
the building and SUBMISSION OF BUILDING REGULATIONS APPLICATION,
together with consultations with building control through to approval.
CERTIFICATION OF NEW BUILDINGS
As an indemnified practice we are able to provide
‘certification’ of new building work to the satisfaction of
the leading mortgage companies.
Inspections of the building works is undertaken a critical stages and
‘stage’ certificates are issued to your funders for draw
down of funds, on final inspection an ‘Completion’
Certificate is issued. This Certificate is required for the future sale
of your building project.
